cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we request at least 24 hours notice (72 hours notice for Oxo smoothing treatment ) when canceling or rescheduling. If cancellations or rescheduling requests are made within 24 hours of the appointment (or 72 hours for Oxo), or if the appointment is missed altogether, cancellation fee will apply according to our policy below.

  • Less than 24hrs notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

  • Missed appointments are subject to charge in full amount.

  • Appointments made within the 24hr period, that are cancelled less than 4hrs prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a 50% of the services amount.

  • Multiple services cancelled less than 24hours are subject to charge in full amount. A deposit of 50% of the booking will be charged in order to reserve the time.

  • 72 hour cancelation policy for Oxo smoothing treatment - Cancelations and rescheduling request made within 72 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the service amount. Missed appointments are subject to charge in full amount.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening. BMA policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients.  Thank you for viewing our policies and criteria.

As a courtesy we will email/text/call you to confirm your appointment 4 days in advance.  It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

At the time of your booking we will request a credit card to keep on file at BMA. All charges will be billed to the credit card on file.

refunds

BMA has a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salon.  We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
